SHIPPING TIME TO GET YOUR GOODIES OUT TO YOU

Please allow 2-5 working days for processing and packing before your order is sent out.

NZ Delivery: 

Depending where you live in NZ, delivery from our Head Quarters to yours can take 2-4 working days. If you live out in the lovely NZ country, it may take a few additional days to find its way to you.

During NZ holidays or public holidays, there maybe a few additional delays.

RETURNS

We take care to ensure our product is sent out to you in perfect condition. If you do have a problem with your order please email us at info@jojobodynz.com.

Unfortunately, we do not offer a refund if you change your mind, but once we receive your unused item, in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in the original packaging. We are able to offer a credit to be used at jojobodynz.com

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
